Consolidation of all research / development laboratories (2000m²) from the Wehrheim site to the Kulzer GmbH headquarters in Hanau, into an existing, gutted industrial building.

Scope of OTTO LSE

Extended basic design incl. approval planning as well as turnkey realization of the trades laboratory furniture, climate chambers, pure media, ventilation, electrical, media, BMS, steel construction and interior finishes
